Virtual Multi-Skills
All schools in the STAGS family have taken part in the Year 3 and 4 virtual Multi-skills for this term. This is a great effort and we look forward to the next term's results. Bernards Heath Juniors and Garden Fields Year 6 leaders did a fantastic job at running their Year 3 and 4 Multi-skills. Year 9 leaders from STAGS went into Aboyne Lodge to help run the Multi-skills there. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon. Year 5 leaders from Garden Fields attended a training session on how to run the Year 1 and 2 Virtual Multi-skills. They then did a terrific job helping to run the event for the Year 1 students who had a great time completing the activities. Well done to the Leaders; I'm looking forward to them taking on Year 2s this term!
Gifted and Talented Year 4 and 5 Multi-Skills Club.
This year the Multi-skills Club ran jointly with the STAGS and St. Lukes family; students from Bernards Heath Juniors, Garden Fields and Redbourn Juniors attended. The club ran for five weeks on Tuesday evenings at STAGS sports hall. Throughout the five weeks the students looked at developing their co-ordination, balance and agility skills. They also developed their leadership skills through running activities with a parachute and team building exercises. The club finished on a high with a games session where we played favourite games from the past weeks. The commitment and effort from all the students who attended was excellent and everyone had a great time.
Leadership
Playleaders have been working hard at Bernards Heath Juniors and Garden Fields this term. Garden Fields had a refresher session and have since been out in the playground with Year 1 and 2 students. Bernards Heath playleaders have worked hard at organising games at lunchtimes. STAGS leaders have been very busy this term helping at lots of different events. A big thank you to all those who have helped so far this year. STAGS have done a lot of work on introducing Leadership to Year 9 students - this has been very successful and a number of Year 9 students have now taken on leadership roles at events and are keen to do more in the future.

Speed Stacking Club
This has been running for the last two terms for Year 7, 8 and 9 students at STAGS. It has been enjoyed by the girls and a big thank you to Alix Smith and Emily Fox who have been running the club each week with great success.
Sportshall Athletics
Teams of 10 boys and 10 girls from Bernards Heath Juniors and Garden Fields took part. The event was run with the help of STAGS Leaders from Year 9 to 13 who did a fantastic job at setting up, running the events and making sure everything went smoothly. Thanks go to them all for all their time and effort. The overall winners for the event were Garden Fields, who go on to represent us in the partnership finals.
